Wills, Inc. was started by the Wills family back in the 1960's and their leadership in the community has helped shape the layout of Twin Falls through the years. Started by Ernest J. Wills, Sr. and Robert C. Wills, Wills, Inc. developed their first subdivision across from Morningside Elementary School and have consistently been the leader in the Home Building business.

Wills, Inc. is a Property Management company with properties located around the Magic Valley including a 150 unit mobile home park and several duplexes and fourplexes.

We have completed a variety of Commercial Project in Idaho and Nevada through the years. We are primarily a residential home builder.
